ATTENDANCE COMMITMENT: Consistent attendance is crucial for training success. Missing more than two consecutive sessions may result in course restart at additional cost.

EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY: You must bring required training equipment to each session. Damaged or missing equipment will be charged to your account.

INSTRUCTION COMPLIANCE: Follow all trainer directions immediately. Failure to comply with safety instructions will result in immediate session termination.

FACILITY RESPECT: Clean up after your pet, respect other participants, and maintain our training environment standards.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Full course fees are due upon enrollment. Payment plans require 50% deposit with remaining balance due before session 3.

ACCEPTED METHODS: Credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments accepted. All payments processed securely through encrypted systems.

LATE PAYMENT POLICY: Late payments incur $25 administrative fee. Accounts over 15 days overdue will be suspended until payment is received.

CANCELLATION WINDOW: Full refunds available within 48 hours of enrollment. After training begins, refunds are prorated based on completed sessions.

WITHDRAWAL PROCESS: Written notice required 7 days before intended withdrawal date. Email notifications to support@pettrainingmentor.com will be processed within 24 hours.

TRANSFER POLICY: Course credits can be transferred to future sessions within 6 months at no additional charge. One transfer per enrollment permitted.

LIABILITY LIMITS: Pet Training Mentor maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the course fees paid. Participants assume responsibility for their pet's actions.

INJURY PROTOCOL: Immediate medical attention will be provided for any training-related injuries. All incidents must be reported within 24 hours to maintain insurance coverage.

PROPERTY DAMAGE: Participants are responsible for any damage caused by their pets to facilities, equipment, or other participants' property.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Pet training involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold Pet Training Mentor harmless from normal training activities.

MODIFICATION AUTHORITY: Pet Training Mentor reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and emailed to active participants.

NOTIFICATION PERIOD: Major changes require 30 days advance notice. Minor administrative updates may be implemented immediately with notification.

CONTINUED PARTICIPATION: Using our services after terms are updated constitutes acceptance of new conditions. If you disagree, you may withdraw according to our cancellation policy.
